Red and Black Cat Toy Wand

Fun cat toy wand with a red rope and black and white plush tail. Perfect for interactive play. wand is about 3ft with string about 4ft. very sturdy. the tail has a rattle inside it is not sharp sounding or loud making this a less annoying toy. I believe the brand is outward hound. my dogs hate it so it's in brand new condition
