Tags are removed but they fit like a 24 baggy or 25. Measuring straight across the waist flat is 14in. Attempt to measure circumference was 29 - 30in. Inseam is 24.5".
Slight distress at top of back pockets.

Flat across is 14in (if I tried to do the entire circumference it seemed like it was 30inch)
