It *may* be missing an interior ribbon tie (see photos for image of one ribbon tie). I believe there is supposed to be a second one, but it may have fallen off. Of course, belt is included.

@juliadar1 Hi, it’s 42 inches (3.5 feet) from shoulder to bottom hem, so it’s shorter than ankle length. Thank you!
