Harajuku Lovers Love Belonged to my daughter so not sure if it was ever sprayed but it looks like a full bottle. I think she bought it because she thought the bottle was cute! lol It looks like a scratch and small piece missing of the decal on the front (see picture 3) but otherwise good condition.
