The skirt is new with tags. There is one minor mark as shown near the bottom of the skirt, but it has not been washed or treated yet as I’m sure it would come out very easily.

@merely_mere Hello, Thank you so much for looking…The measurements are in the photos but the length is 37 inches and waist is about 12 inches. You should be able to zoom in on the photo. I hope this helps. It is beautiful. 😊

@merely_mere You are so welcome and anything you need…There are 2 tags, as shown… The care /material tag is on the lower left of the skirt and it is within the lining and the small skinny tag, on the waist area, is on top of the lining and neither can be seen. I added two more photos, with the flash on, that show where the tags are. The one is 3 inches up from bottom of skirt.
