@carajacques waist is 14” but the back of the shirt is elastic. And I am sorry I am not sure what PTP means? Shoulder to waist is 19” end of shoulder to end of shoulder (excluding 1.5” cap sleeve) is 15”. Hope this helps.

@srkm2000 Ugh. Not to be a pain but can I get a pit@to pit? I’m a 33in chest circumference and I’m not sure if it’ll be too small.

@carajacques No problem 😉! I measured my chest, I am a 36 circumference. And I tried on the blouse again. It fits me perfectly, and fits loose like it is supposed to fit. PTP is 19”.
