Buttons down the front Tie waist Elastic at the wrists This is a stunning dress **this piece came to me altered to make it bigger in the waist. It is a high-low. Fabric was taken from the front & added to the waist. I had a professional seamstress take that at the waist out. You cannot tell, but it is still high-low & it is fabulous this way. If you wear boots, they look GREAT with this gown & are shown off.
