High waist is framed in a block of vibrant cream striped with vibrant, bright red and bold eclectic evergreen/forest green playful ric rac. Effortless breezy flowy micro mini skater or circle skirt adds to a feminine and flirty shape. Delicate and dainty quirky ric rac trim continues throughout the collar. Lightweight, carefree fabric features a retro graphic novelty print reminiscent of a European countryside, maybe Dutch or Scandinavian.
