Forever 21 black floral dress with puff sleeves, bow front and zip up back. Features a black base with colorful floral patterns. Size large measuring approximately 17.5" ptp, 15.5" around the smallest part at the waist (just under the bust) and 35" total length (from top of sleeve). Can be worn with sleeves on or off the shoulders. Clean and in excellent condition, only worn once. 100% polyester
