22 circumference waist? Can you clarify that that is correct? I know women were smaller back then, but this is tiny!

@lo_day Hi, yes, it is correct. If you look through the photos I show the measurements. It was made for a lady, she was very small. I bought 3 of her dresses at an estate sale. This one, a whiteone that has sold and a blue one still in my closet.
