Modcloth Navy Skirt with Floral Rose Embroidery

Modcloth A-line skirt originally a size small (see tag), but the elastic has come loose so it fits more like a medium- measures about 30 inches at waist. Has only been worn a few times so it’s still in great condition. It has cute red, pink, and green floral rose embroidery and pockets. It would be great for Valentine’s Day paired with cute tights and booties or with some flats in the spring!
