Antique Hand Carved Genuine Shell Cameo Pendant/ Brooch Silver 800

Antique, second half of the 19th century, cameo brooch/pendant, based on the jeweller's opinion made in the region of Naples, Italy, the cameo is hand carved out of a shell with excquisite mastership and details, set in silver, hallmarked 800,lots of patina on the silver, can be cleaned but I'll leave it up to the buyer, closes on a classic rolled rod and clutch clasp, a gorgeous piece, really trendy despite it's age! Overall in great condition for the age, no cracks, please refer to the photos.
