Great cocktail dress! Size small. Maybe a 2-4. It’s tight on me now. The under slip has a little give but not a crazy amount. The sparkly material has stretch but the waist is snug where the pleating meets the bust. That tightness gives a corset feel, but for me now, I know I would feel uncomfortable after a couple hours since I’m like a 6 now.
