NWT zara zw collection wide leg low rise jeans - 27 runs big

I ordered these in a size 27, they came displaying the size as a 36 european or 4 US, I find they fit closer to a US 6. I got these and two other pairs also in size 27 and these ones ran a bit big. Photo shows waist measurement. they are also more of a mid rise than low, compared to the other two pairs of low rise zara jeans I have listed. The brown sewn on thick tag thing is falling off the back but with how lightly it’s sewn on, it appears it’s supposed to come off perhaps? 31” inseam
