I bought this skirt new in the UK a year ago and have never worn it! It’s just a bit too long for me at 5’5. So if you’re a little taller than me or have some good platform shoes, you want this. It has swish for miles! It’s super flowy and wants to twirl on a dance floor. It sits at the natural waist, which is elastic, so could fit a US 10 or 12. Check photos for measurements. I could have sworn this skirt was navy when I bought it, but it looks more black to me now. I think it can pass for either! Bonus.
