Vintage Handmade Dress

Vintage handmade button-down collared dress. 1960's-70's? Lightweight fabric, bright yellow and pink retro floral pattern. Measurements: Pit to pit: 22" Length: 40" I am a size Large and it fits me. Would say best for size L or XL. Sleeves are on the long side, coming down almost to elbow. Tag inside appears to have had someones name in it at some point and has been crossed out. Small stain on back, noted in photos. Hardly noticable in the pattern. Offers welcome!
