Chic navy dress by Talbots. Fitted bodice with fit and flare skirt. Side zip, cuffed sleeves, has pockets, pleats at skirt, and some stretch. Was dry cleaned for care. Please note, this came with a fabric belt but I cannot find it. If I find it, I’ll certainly include it but I have looked and looked and cannot seem to locate it.
