mtnmagickMy mother, from Grand Rapids, MI. was a very close friend of Marcia Palmer and also visited her studio in Tubac, AZ.. This is definitely one of her vases.

mtnmagickOhara Ikebana in Tucson, the Arizona Chapter, 18th in the United States and based in Tucson, was chartered in May 1977. Marcia Palmer, founder and advisor, was a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher who introduced ikebana to 10 students in Tubac, Arizona in 1975. Before she passed away in 1994, she attained the rank of Sub-Grandmaster.
