New without tag; has defects. Defects being the red crochet trim along the neckline front is beginning to unravel and come undone. This may be a simple repair with a crochet hook for someone who is experienced in this type of fabric construction. Also, the top looks like the side seams at the top were taken in (with stitching). It's been a long while since we had this design and we think this is an irregularity and was altered. It's a really cool top for someone who can spend a little time with the repairs.
