Are these leggings ? Would they fit a small ?

They are not as thin as typical leggings. They have some stretch, and are great for winter athletic activity, but not as elastic as blended wool fabrics. Theyβre super soft. I would say these would best fit size 4 and I wear more 6-8 so cannot wear them, sadly. While thereβs stretch/give in the fabric, the waistband has a bit more tension and therefore would be best for someone smaller.
