Missing the inner tag, but I have owned a lot of vintage Bebe items, and I’m almost certain this is either 100% silk or a silk + spandex blend. Very good vintage condition! The upper top button is missing, but you can’t really tell because it sits directly under the tie. No other flaws. There is also a small snap in this region to help it lay flat.
