Does it fit like a small because it was washed / dried and shrunk a bit? I know this sweater is prone to shrinkage. Or has it only been hand washed. Thanks!

@bymelindasue I bought this secondhand, so not sure about the previous owner, but I’ve only hand-washed. I included the measurements in the description!
