Adorable puff sleeve v cut banana republic dress with zero flaws. This dress has never been worn and is in perfect condition despite the tags being removed. This dress has an elastic waistband and could easily fit up to a size 16. Unfortunately this dress was just too big for me so I’m letting it go.
