Hi! They are produced direct from the manufacturer, it's the reason I can sell them at a lower cost. They come in a box from my company, Mahjong Montage. They are not branded, just curated directly from the Supplier. They are sealed, and packaged as shown. They are beautiful in person, engraved and printed, so you can feel the images. Hope this helps!

@ozzie999 We don't do returns, because once the packaging is opened, it's not re-sellable. If there is an issue with the tiles, like you notice something strange from the printing process, I would for sure swap out that tile for you. I have had that happen only once, and it was fixed immediately. Other than that, it is a final sale. I can take a video and post it, aside from the pictures. I'll do that now and post it.
