This is one of my favorite tops I've ever owned. It's a beautiful, flowy but fitted, romantic blouse from Aritzia's Wilfred line. It's called the Romance Me Blouse and it's an XS. I did have to sew one of the buttons back on, but otherwise it's good as new! From Aritzia's website: This is a feminine, lantern-sleeve blouse with a plunging, lace-trimmed V-neck, an empire waist and a corset bodice. It's made with lightweight, pebbled fabric.
