Procosplay dress similar to what Glinda wore in Wicked for Good. It's two pieces with a corset back. The ruffles on the shoulders are removable and snap into place. There are padded cups in the chest. There is a stain on one of the shoulder ruffles, see picture. Worn once for Halloween. The glitter on the skirt does come off. Great for Halloween or cosplay for a convention. See size chart for measurements. The skirt does have an elastic waist.
