Can you tell me what US women’s size these are? I’m kind of confused!

The tag on the shoe and box say US7. However- I am a true size 8 foot in women’s shoes and this is the size I needed for them to fit comfortably. I agree it’s kind of confusing unless you know your exact sizing for Adidas
