This is in very good pre owned condition, but has a few flaws as shown in the photos- one snag towards the top, which can be potentially mended, and another snag very close to the hem in the purple stripe area. Since the top layer hangs a couple inches longer than the lining, it would be easy to hem. In both cases since the dress is so billowy and breezy you will not notice these little issues when wearing.
