These stunning pieces are in excellent condition with very little/minor signs of wear. So beautiful piece and it looks like the real thing! Superb quality very well made vintage jewelry!
The faux coin front has a diva favstina and the back side avgv sta Avgvsta, the piece is signed MMA CN. The chain measures from end to end 16-1/2" long by 1/2" wide x 1/4" thick and the coin is 1".

is this piece gold plated?

@danielledevard I believe so but there is no stamp to confirm. It is lightly magnetic and there is a very small spot on the back of the main pendant housing that shows a different color metal underneath the gold color.
