Lenci like Vintage 10" fully dressed with shoes doll metal leg joints St Vincent

From an estate I acquired so I dont now alot about it beside what I can see. Trying to find the maker or style online and I see Lenci dolls and she looks similar but not positive. PLEASE UNDERSTAND I AM NOT SURE THE BRAND> Her clothes are stained and have holes throughout them from being stored improperly. There are some marks and stains on the actual dol as well. PICTURES ARE BEST DESCRIPTION> She is approx 10". She has a name or handwriting on the inside of her skirt. What is really cool is her leg joints are metal on the outside. I think that is fascinating.
