U.S. POLO ASSN. USPA Shirt, Men's XL (Runs Small)

this appears hardly or never worn, but there are some issues that I would like to bring to your attention. the circle around the decal is there which I assume came from the embroidering of the decal. there are also some fade marks throughout the shirt, while they're harder to notice they are there. also, the buttonholes are very tight, you are able to button and unbutton but it is a tight fit. due to these issues, I'm offering this at a great price. I was not sure how to rate this as either good or fair. I rated it as good because it is in crisp, almost new condition and in my opinion the flaws were more manufacturing issues. this appears to be a small running XL as I did include measurements in the photos
