Vintage 1950’s Hamilton 17-jewel hand-wind movement, 33-inch-wide mesh strap

Vintage 1950’s Hamilton 17-jewel hand-wind movement, model 856173, with a 10K gold-filled (RGP) white dial, gold hands, and raised accents. It measures 11/16 of an inch in diameter, features tapered post lugs, a stainless steel back, and a rare Kesler 0.25 gold content mark (1930–40 early gold-filled mark, equivalent to 1/40th today).
