New Betsyville “Gorgeous” Black Velvet Lace Up Booties NWT-These are labeled as Black, and in daylight these take on a beautiful rich black color with a lovely sheen. These are both darling and elegant and can be worn both casually with a pair of fab denim jeans, or dressed to the nines in a pretty cocktail dress in the evening. They lace up the front with pretty black, silky ribbons and sport a lovely, clear stone bejeweled front. The heel measures 4” with a 7/8” platform in front.
