Tag looks like size M? can you confirm pit to pit and also length?

Hello - The tag reads "Men's Tall XL" (I can see where the photo is confusing - my apologies for not having a better photos). The measurements are: pit-to-pit: 24 inches, length from shoulder to hem: 31 inches.
