Elegant vintage purple feather headband by Charm's. I think it’s a local shop brand name from ether South or North Carolina. New never been worn. Excellent condition for its age. Been kept in a bag its whole life. Taken out for pictures. Haven’t found another like it. From 1950s or earlier. Feathers are faux. Not made with real bird feathers.
