Measurements (approx.)- Waist 13.5” (doubled 27”) (has a tad bit of stretch so I think it would fit an inch bigger as well) Hips 18.5” (doubled 37”) Length 26”
Details- This is a vintage 1970s era maroon velvet pencil skirt by The Rouge. Side zip entry, unlined.
Fabric Content- Unknown.
Condition- Some minor markings to the velvet at waist and loose threading near button.
