staceyl3248 @kellybear43 Hi. The top part is sweater material that has a a lot of stretch. The sweater part stops above the natural waist. It then flows into a-line skirt with small pleats. The bust measurement is 19” unstretched but easily stretches to 25”. The bottom part of the sweater material would be the same. What I consider the waist on the skirt was around 21” but would have a little more room if you don’t mind a tighter fit. The hips were around 26”with room to grow.
