Lovely vintage 90’s feel NWT 100% Viscose dress by The Koople’s. Dress is deep navy, with an all over blue floral print. Long sheer sleeves , button at the wrists. Fully lined with black viscose, back is sheer. Small buttons on bodice, ties at waist, ties are long, may be tied behind the wearer, or wrapped all the around and tied in the front.
