New York & Company Black Dress with Plaid Sleeves.

Used in great condition. Chic black dress with colorful plaid long sleeves. Ideal for stylish outings. The dress is made of thick fabric and very comfortable. The only thing I can say is that I noticed some light spots while taking pictures that I’ve never seen before. Without the camera I have never noticed them, and I’m more than sure it can come off.
