NIB Soft Flexible Navy Pumps 2.5" Heel Size 10

New in box Soft Flexible by Highlights (a Payless brand) pumps. Block heel is about 2.5" high. All man-made materials. (They look like they're covered in silk shantung, but it's actually a man-made coating that looks like fabric.) Color is a deep navy blue; see last photo for how they look in natural light. Original box included. NOTE: Although these shoes have never been worn, there are a few small flaws in the faux-fabric coating, as shown in the photographs, especially the 11th-13th.
