How is the wear and tear? A brand new one is $400, I just want to make sure it’s a good buy!

@bvd957 totally understandable. The inside is very clean and the photos shown in the listing are from today so it’s also clean. The condition of the hardware is as shown in the photos with minor wear. Never used the key holder but somehow it just shows wear from being in the pouch with the cards.
