Super Rare Female Officer Stretch Poplin Button Up Blouse with PVC Harness sz L

This female officers top is from the Mein Commendant Lip Service line from the Lip Service Fetish collection from the early 00s. I have the matching bondage skirt for sale too but it isn’t in such good condition. The blouse itself is in good shape but the vinyl on the harness and removable armband is a bit sticky and cracking like older Lippy PVC pieces are known to do. The constructing of the harness is good tho and I believe it could just be covered with another fabric or vinyl and be good. The blouse is made of Lippy famous stretch poplin which is comfy and figure flattering. Tagged as a sz Large but would also fit a medium. This piece is super rare and impossible to find.
