kennyjsells Does this jacket have any any rips, holes, or stains? Does all of the Velcro, cinch cords, snaps, and zippers work properly? And does the Velcro still attach firmly? It's hard to judge from a picture but how would you rate this jacket on a scale 1 to 10 10 being new never worn? Also is there where at the cuffs?
