Vintage 70s handmade midi navy floral dress with white pointed collar, 3/4 sleeves, faux button-up front, zip up back. Floral material is thin, flowy, and semi-sheer. I repaired some hemline holes. This handmade piece has some quirky irregularities such as the bottom hem is not perfect. It is just the nature of a vintage handmade piece.
