Bodycon dress by Windsor

Black, bodycon dress with felt/velvet rose pattern. Deep plunge with wire to stay in place. Open back and adjustable. US women’s size s (fits xs-s) 10/10 condition - worn only once or twice. Overall excellent condition! I am 5’4 and wear size small. This fits me perfectly. There is a lot of stretch, but there is a zipper section at the bottom that does not stretch much.
