Used for 2 Disneyland trips then kept in my purse cabinet. No dust bag, I didn't receive one when I purchased the bag. Some staining inside, tried to wash but didn't come out. Sewing for one of the pockets came out. Other than that, the bag is still in great shape. Please look at pics.

@leehudson68 I'm not at home right now so I can check later. It's possible the pocket could be fixed. It just came out from the stitching.
