Hi what condition is this in? Is it faded or stains? What is that blue stuff on pants ?

@nikkibagnera It is not faded I have only worn a couple times and unfortunately one of the times was when I was painting that’s why there is blue stuff on the pant leg but that is the only mark on the entire set. it is very small. I can do my best to remove with nail polish remover but I’m not sure if that will make it worse.
