The top layer is soft silky and drapey mesh and it has extra reinforced ruching to the sides of the waist that create a snatched 'V" shape to the side waist, cinching the waist even smaller. It has a built in balconette shape underwired bra to lift and push up and the straps are narrow, delicate and adjustable for the perfect fit.
