VTG Park East By Swirl Womens Size 14 Maxi Dress Black Top Rainbow Stripe Skirt

Park East By Swirl Women's Vintage Dress - from about the 1960's Size 14  Long Full Length Maxi Dress  Black Top with Rainbow Stripe Skirt Measurements... all lying flat, straight across Shoulder to shoulder across the front = 15.75" Chest (armpit to armpit) = 19.5" Waist (straight across, lying flat) = 15” Hips (straight across, lying flat) = 25.25"  Sleeves = 22.75" Length = 55”  This dress is amazing! I think it is from the 1960's. I'm selling a lot of clothing for a friend that has some incredible pieces from the 50's to 2024! I am dating this by her size through the years. She wore a size 14 in approximately the 60's and early 70's.   This dress looks incredible, but if you closely inspect it it has a little piling and the hem shows a little wear. There are 2 clasps at the back of the neck that secure with a loop of thread...one of the loops is still there but the other one is missing. It could be worn as is or a couple stitches added would create a new loop to fasten it. Smoke free home
