Adorable skater-style mini skirt from Alice Moon, with a pleated, semi sheer chiffon outer layer and a lace-trimmed lining that peeks out beneath. I think this is vint-ish circa Y2K or early 2000s.
Great for gothic, emo, whimsigoth, or dark coquette looks.
Good pre-owned condition. Size tagged small, but flexible due to the elastic waist.
